Payments:
Currently, our preferred - and only -
method of payment is through PayPal. This
shouldn’t be an inconvenience for you, even if
you don’t yet have a PayPal account because
what they say about it is actually true: Using
PayPal is as simple and easy as using a credit
card and much easier than paying by check or
money order. I used it myself for the first time
several months back because a supplier of ours
only offered the PayPal option. I’ve now used
it a number of times since and I have been very
impressed with how easy and convenient it’s
been.
Don’t worry… even if you are new to
PayPal, you won’t be sent off to any other
websites to set up your account or asked to
gather up a bunch of obscure personal
information. None of that is necessary. When you
check out, you and the contents of your shopping
bag will be guided seamlessly through the PayPal
gateway and you’ll be prompted to enter some
very basic information and, before you know
it… Voila! Done!
We’re processing your order and
you’re on your merry way. Trust me, it will be
as quick and efficient as any checkout process
you’ve used before.

When you sign up for our keep me in the loop mailing
list, you will receive occasional eMails
advising you of availability on one-of-a-kind
items, limited-edition designs, and special
offers with their corresponding promotional
codes. Using these promotional codes will afford
you the very best value on selected items and
sets. Promotional codes are offered exclusively
to those who have signed up for the mailing

Returns
& Exchanges: Because every item we offer here at Wish It So is handcrafted,
according to your specifications, when you
order, they are not returnable or refundable. We
will, however, repair any defects in materials
and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase
or we will re-work any of your Wish It So pieces
in new bead, pearl or gemstone colors for a
discounted fee. Please eMail

Handcrafting
vs. Mass Production: Please keep in mind
that each item you purchase from Wish It So is
individually custom made for you when you order
it. The artistry of the jeweler’s craft will
naturally result in slight differences, even
among items with the same product number. The
fact that we use natural materials, which vary
widely in their properties (color, clarity,
facets, inclusions, matrix, coatings, etc.),
also contributes to producing perceptible
differences within the same type of item. The
end result is that since nothing is done by
machine, no two pieces - even if you order two
of the same item at the same time - will ever be
exactly alike. This is really the charm and the
appeal of handcrafted, one-of-a-kind and
limited-edition pieces like ours. Factories turn
out millions of exact-duplicate jewelry items
every day. You buy something you think is
different and unique and suddenly you can’t
turn around without bumping into someone else
wearing the same thing. The chances of that
happening with Wish It So jewelry are
negligible. We will never mass-produce our
designs. We would much rather attend to the
craftsmanship, the quality and artistry that it
takes to be your custom jeweler.
Gift
Returns: Items in standard sizes (Small,
Medium, Large) purchased using the “send a
gift” link are exchangeable for similarly
priced items or for store credit in the form of
a Gift Certificate for the original purchase
amount, if returned in their original condition
with their original gift packaging, within 30
days of purchase. Under no conditions will we
issue full or partial cash, check or credit
refunds for return items. In order for us to
accept a return package, it must comply with ALL
of the following:

Please
eMail us for an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number before sending your
Gift Return. We cannot accept any package
without an RMA number clearly printed on
the outside of the return package label.

Please
ship or mail your Gift Return to us in a manner
that is both trackable and insured.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged
in transit to us.
